So much so that we can see this one staying installed on the PS4 for occasional repeat plays for a long, long time. Each campaign is a different challenge and can be easier/harder for different players. Frostpunk does one thing and does it really well. I didn't have nearly enough coal the first time I played New Home. Every time you start a new campaign or revisit a completed one you'll find you refine your previous build, keep what worked well and improve your weak spots. Sometimes you just need to clean the slate and start fresh. I totally dicked around and it came back to bite me in the ass later. Last Autumn was a completely different beast from all the other missions. I held off getting the season pass initially because I thought the content was going to be recycled. I feel drained and exhausted after finally winning a game so I usually have to take a break from that specific campaign, but I do enjoy going back, turning up the difficulty, and using what I learned last time to improve my final survival numbers.
You will sink a ton of hours into single campaign missions so you will definitely get your hours worth from the individual campaign.
